The Salvation Army

631 Dickerson Road

Nashville, TN 37207

The local Salvation Army center seen in most towns and cities across the country has been established to proclaim the gospel. Each week a variety of people will meet for worship, fellowship, musical activities and other events.

There may also be a variety of community work such as lunch clubs, mother and toddler groups, counseling which are part of the corps program. All are welcome to attend Salvation Army meetings.

The Adult Rehabilitation Center at 140 N. 1st Street (37212) offers men an opportunity to start again. It provides job training skills, counseling, and other tools for re-building positive lifestyles. Regular meals, medical check-ups, a spiritual regeneration program, and Alcoholics Anonymous program combine to make the center a place for new beginnings.
