Welcome to Hillcrest United Methodist Church, a vibrant, diverse community of believers located in south Nashville. In 2010 we are celebrating 50 years of worship on this hill. We hope you will join us for the next 50 years of shining Christ’s light into the world!

At Hillcrest, we offer ministry opportunites for all ages.
From children’s programs to our active Youth Group to the choir to our adult fellowship opportunities, there is something for everyone here on the Hill.
Our outreach programs include weekly ESL classes, monthly JFON clinics, Room In The Inn, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. Look around and see where you can get involved!

URGENT NEED! Aid to Haiti Earthquake Victims: UMCOR’s (United Methodist Committee on Relief) two relief supply warehouses are asking United Methodists to provide health kits that will be sent to Haiti. We need the following items to make health kits. Please bring items to the church office. The UMW will assemble the kits together and get them to the supply warehouses.
Donations may be made by placing a check in the offering plate or by mailing it to UMCOR, P.O. Box 9068, New York, NY 10087. Checks should indicate “Advance #418325” in the memo line.
Items Need for Health Kits
- hand towels (15″ x 25″ up to 17″ x 27″ (No kitchen towels)
- washcloths
- combs (large and sturdy, not pocket-sized)
- nail files or fingernail clippers (no emery boards or toenail clippers)
- bath-size bars of soap (3 oz. and up)
- toothbrushes (Single brushes only in original wrapper, No child-size brushes)
- adhesive plastic strip sterile bandages
- $1.00 to purchase toothpaste (NOTE: UMCOR Sager Brown is now purchasing toothpaste in bulk to be added to health kits before shipping to ensure that the product does not expire before they are sent.)
